Teens are in a crucial phase of their phase of their physical and emotional health and well-being. Some young people lack in confidence and Yoga offers a chance for teens to prove themselves and master poses which may at first, be tricky.
Yoga poses have great benefits for strengthening muscle tone and improving balance. The way the poses manipulate the body, and the calming effect of controlled breathing can help with stress relief and help teens to relax.
So, we're thrilled to announce the first-ever Yogadoo Beginners Yoga and Mindfulness Class for 12-16 year olds starting this June on Tuesdays 5pm-6pm at the new Widcombe Social Club in Bath.
There's only 15 spaces on the 6-week course which is suitable for young people with limited or no experience of Yoga. We'll learn relaxation techniques, yoga poses, group work and beginners acro-yoga - all to some fantastic music.
£36 for the 6 week course.
