YOGADOO comes to Bristol

YOGADOO is launching its first classes in Bristol from this August. Founder of YOGADOO, Lucy Aston will be teaching two energising and relaxing Vinyasa Flow classes every Friday at the Yoga Loft in Queen Charlotte Street Osteopaths, just off the beautiful Queen's Square in the heart of Bristol.

The one hour classes will take place every Friday from 5th August (apart from 15th Aug). 12pm-1pm and 1pm-2pm and is the perfect way to unwind from the week and get ready for the weekend.

YOGADOO is a brand new way to enjoy Yoga and Mindfulness. If you've ever been nervous of a traditional Yoga class, worry about not being bendy enough or would prefer a more relaxed way to enjoy Yoga then YOGADOO is for you. Using incredible music this class is for complete beginners or those wanting to refresh and practice their Yoga poses in a relaxed and fun environment. The class is limited to eight spaces each week, and open to patients and non-patients of the Osteopath clinic.
