Back to your roots - 10 day yoga retreat in Goa, India. March 2020
The Hive presents: Back to your roots retreat in India 2020 (31st March-10 April 2020)
Sometimes life gets so busy we forget who we really are, YOGADOO is proud to present the Back to your roots 10 night beachside yoga and meditation retreat, in the home of yoga, India.
We have chosen the very best location for you to reconnect with your practice, nature and yourself. Bamboo Yoga is set right on the shoreline of the Indian ocean on Patnem beach, Goa. With yoga shalas which are set right on the beach.
The Guardian chose Bamboo Yoga as one of the Best yoga, mindfulness and fitness breaks for 2018.
“With so much choice in India – the birthplace of yoga – it’s hard to know where to start. Bamboo Yoga, at the southern end of Patnem beach in Goa, is a true find, with comfortable huts and tasty organic, vegetarian food.” – The Guardian
Our Back to your roots retreat is a joyful journey of celebration to get you back in touch with who you are, to tune in and reconnect and to remind yourself what is truly important, fittingly in the birthplace of yoga, India.
The Hive’s co-founders Lucy Aston and Bex Bridgford visited India last year and the life-changing experience gave them both the chance to step back and realise that you can get caught up in life, and “if you don’t stop once in a while you will miss it.” Now they want to share that experience with you.
Having the space to breathe, allows the colours and magic of India to flood in. We have tailored this retreat to take you away from daily routine for rejuvenation, to set new goals and to feel connected. The Back to your roots retreat will create a space for personal growth, focusing on you, getting stronger, switching off autopilot and give some time to truly “get back to your roots”.
